HOW WE WERE ABLE TO ACHIEVE  THESE RESULTS

The problem:

With an established retail and trade strategy, the brand wanted to turn their attention to a successful growth strategy for their DTC revenue.

However, they were spending £15,000+ a month on paid ads, and had no idea whether they were contributing to their revenue or growth.

With over 400k followers and 21.8k products sold on TikTok, the platform should be working for ads. However, their previous agency spent £38,500 on ads to generate 0.54x ROAS, resulting in a significant waste of ad spend.

We designed a template bank of high-converting ads, testing a variety of hooks & headlines to identify what converted new customers the best. Complimenting Meta & TikTok Ads with Google Ads, shortened the customer journey and placed them above their competitors for high-intent purchasers.

A shift in content and TikTok Shop products, turned them from losing money on TikTok Ads, to generating profitable ad revenue.
