I think with using an agency as well, there's always that concern in the back of your head, at the end of the day they are gonna be an extension of the brand. Are they gonna follow the same ethos as us, are they gonna have that same brand / creative vision? The team are so great at our weekly catch-ups and keeping me in the loop.
